PROtect Home Solutions begins with a free, in-home education by one of our trained technicians. During the visit, the homeowner and technician work together to determine the home's specific needs.
Once the free educational course is complete, PROtect Home Solutions provides the homeowner with a customized list of maintenance items. This list will include both routine and location-specific items.
A PROtect Home Solutions technician makes quarterly (seasonal) home visits to perform the necessary, agreed-upon maintenance tasks included in Your Solutions List. Upon completion, the homeowner receives a summary report of the day's work.
To best serve our customers, PROtect will also schedule the following quarter's visit. A confirmation will be sent 1-2 weeks prior to each appointment.
